84: Evercoat’s Tim McKinney

October 15th, 2020

In this first ever zoom meeting recording(lockdown has me trying multiple things here), I chat with Tim McKinney from Evercoat.  Tim handles a bunch of the training and working with their reps on new and current products.  Also we get into the evolution of products, the new OPTEX line they have, as well as things he's experienced within the shops and products.

I used Evercoat products exclusively on the Willys Wagon I just did for Ian Johnson and was throughly impressed with the new Optex line and highly suggest you give it a try.

34: Mickey Harris

February 6th, 2020

Mickey Harris!  In a long time coming, this episode is a conversation with the legendary airbrush artist, Mickey Harris.  We hear the hilarious story of his first time picking up an airbrush and how he was doing things quite a bit differently than others back then.  Also stories from some of the big vehicle projects he's been a part of over the years, along with how I came to know who he was almost 20 years ago with a SEMI truck at the Carlisle All Truck Nationals way back in 2003... and finally getting to hear how that semi truck, DragonMaster, came to be.  Here's a hint, he had over 2000 hours on it.

We are back!  After a short hiatus prepping for the SEMA show in Las Vegas, doing travelling, and the awesomeness that occurs when you have sick kids(ugh), we are back live and in each of your faces on Saturday nights again.
